Meet the Staff
Megan Collins - Campus Staff
Megan serves as Campus Staff at UMBC working with the undergraduate multiethnic chapter. She graduated from UMBC in 2011 and volunteered for 2 years before joining full-time staff. During college, Megan took 2 study abroad trips in which she learned a lot about people, culture, and good hospitality. She learned about God's heart for people of all nations through friendships at UMBC and abroad, and desires to help welcome people from all backgrounds into the fellowship.
Megan works with the Vision team and leadership team at UMBC, encouraging students to grow in their faith and live it out actively. Megan also directs InterVarsity's Baltimore Urban Program during the summer.

Valerie Gladu - Campus Ministry: Staff Coaching and Training
Valerie has served students in a variety of capacities at UMBC over the years, including chapter planting, working with the vision team, and helping students grow in their ability to share their faith both clearly and respectfully. Currently her focus is on coaching and training leaders and shaping opportunities for men and women to explore ongoing partnership with InterVarsity after college. Valerie is passionate about seeing students know and follow Jesus in the context of God's multi-ethnic and multi-cultural community. It is in that context of community that faith takes on flesh and can be lived out in love and truth in truly transformational ways.
In addition to working with students at UMBC, Valerie is a part of the Mid Atlantic Region's Black Campus Ministry, serving students in PA, DE, MD, and DC.

Samuel Enomanna - Volunteer Staff
Samuel serves as a Volunteer staff at UMBC working with the Athletes. He graduated from UMBC in 2018 and Interned at UMBC that Fall. Throughout his years as a UMBC Samuel was a member of the UMBC Track and Field team. He was able to learn many valuable life lessons about hard work, dedication, and teamwork. He was a part of Athletes Intervarsity as a member and a student leader and saw how God transformed him and his teammates with God's reassuring love.
Samuel works with the Athletes chapter, encouraging student-athletes to reach out to their teams and live out the way God wants us to live.

Leslie McAdoo - Volunteer
Leslie graduated from UMBC in May 2016, with degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science. He is currently pursuing his Master's degree in Computer Science at UMBC as well. He was involved with InterVarsity in some capacity (that usually involved sound or slides) for all 4 years of undergraduate study.
Now a volunteer, he is most excited about all of the small group Bible studies on campus, and bringing people of all backgrounds closer to Jesus through the power of His Word.
